Description
A creamy cheese topping that is perfect on Slimming World as it is low fat and still tastes good.
Ingredients
Scale
500g Quark (Plain)
500g Fat Free Fromage Frais
1tsp Ground Nutmeg
2 Large Eggs
200ml Vegetable Stock
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and well combined
Spoon on top of lasagne pasta sheets, sprinkle with cheese and bake as normal for around 30-40 minutes.
If you follow Slimming World weigh 40g of 30% less fat grated cheddar to sprinkle on top, per portion, to have as a healthy extra choice but you could put however much you want on and count it as necessary.
